My wife and daughter went in at 9:15am, 8/12/22 as my daughter had two vouchers for £66 each from Scottish Power which were the first two payments of the £400 everyone is receiving this winter. She took an item of ID as stated on the voucher letter list. The first thing the PO counter assistant said to my daughter was that they were not valid without even giving a reason or even bothering to check. At this point my wife intervened and they went to the Premier Store not too far away and my daughter had her token for her prepayment meter credited with the £132 total with no argument whatsoever. It's about time this PO got some trained, knowledgeable and more polite staff in there than they appear to have at the moment. We've heard of other mistakes being made there but cannot verify these.

The post office is good but rubbish as cash machine dont work and due to me having panic attacks i cant go in shop much as with my epilepsy your lights cause me to have bad scares

Friendly helpful staff nice wide open doors
Unfortunately can't really agree to the fact that they have not , helped the community yet with wheel chair access into the YMCA ,
