I was harassed by the manager here today, Shaz. Security was called and I had to go and buy my things immediately because he thought I was going to steal them, apparently.. four guards were required to secure the two microwaveable penguin toys that I had in my bag. Not even so much as an apology, though he did look pretty sheepish at the end of it. Tkmaxx, train your staff! Starting with the management team!
