Firstly this place was the only builders merchant in the area that had the product I wanted. The phone call was received by a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff.When I visited the place I received a very warm welcome at reception and didn't feel uncomfortable due to my lack of knowledge.The forklift driver in the yard was also excellent. He quickly and efficiently put my purchases together and kindly put them in my car.Very positive experience...thank you
