I think 1 star is too much bit the last 2 days their cash machines have been swallowing everyones bank card and nothing is getting done about it so far just this morning 30 cards was swallowed and we aint even with the bank

I went to withdraw money from my account via a cheque the teller said she didn't recognise me, did I have some form of ID yes I showed her my driving licence, this was not enough for her did I not have a bankers card , no was my reply on again she went I don't have to give you the money I can refuse you must understand I have to make these checks, I said can you please just give me my money. this situation is a recurring incident with this teller, every time I go in , she behaves in same manner, her attitude was winding me up, my voice level raised can you give me my money? the bank manager appeared a short young woman who started to go through the same procedure as the teller had, I was losing my cool,eventually I recd my money, as I was leaving a tall bloke shouted at me, I told him to mind his own business. I have recently had a bang to my head which affects my behaviour in understanding I have received two letters closing my accounts and my wife's account.

Absolutely terrible when you phone, lady go's through 15 options none you want, the same with customer service. Further to this I called in at the branch at Rotherham, the staff in there couldn't be more helpful, above and beyond, excellent credit to them.

I keep getting one woman when I phone yorkshire bank I don't know where she is picking up from but everytime no matter what it is she keeps saying she can't help me we don't deal with that and you need to go in to your branch. I always have to ring back around to get someone else she is incompetent and need sacking

I visited today and I'm always greeted by polite staff, willing to help and ease your waiting time. All banks are running on minimum of counter staff, I like the interaction of speaking to people not machines. Joanne tried to help with app but it's not compatible with Huawei phone, she tried... Bless her..technology again.

Unbelievable!! In branch covid wally. Telling folk where to stand and what to do gets right up in your face when he's dishing out his orders. I told him off. Then he was directing some old chap. I kid you not he was shoulder to shoulder with him head bent in towards his talking to him. 18 inches if that. Practice what you preach. Idiot!!!
