Would give 0 stars if an option, don?t really think deserving of the one but I guess there were a couple of positive I could find.I have had a huge problem with Apple over a recent order and have experienced failings in different areas, one of which was a member of staff at this store and her clear incorrect advice and information.I placed a second order with Apple for another iPhone following my order a week before. Unfortunately due to website error, this was sent incorrectly to another location to pick up. I went to collect it where I believed it was to find it was not sent there.I spoke with a member of staff who advised not to worry and to try and reorder the phone and simply cancel the other one or the other option would be too ring the customer support and ask them to switch the pickup location to the correct store and this would be a simple request. Naturally still a little frustrated as I had just wasted an hour and a half and a 30 mile round trip. We decided to try and reorder with the Barclays finance and just cancel the other, Barclays declined not once but twice. This naturally has now had a negative impact on credit score!Anyway, frustratingly I had to go home as the store closed for the night.I ring support in the morning who told me they could not do anything of the sort and because the order was sent to Manchester to collect, there was no facility to change pickup!! I had to therefore cancel the order and I am now unable to reorder as Barclays keep declining.So not only was the member of staff at Sheffield store completely wrong for the information she gave, she ill advised me of finance. Great!

You have to call for help, some would feel nice no pressure sales others may feel ignored. The whole Apple process is supportive. Stock levels are okay. Always crowded.

Bad service at Meadowhall Apple Store. I had come from Huddersfield especially to get my battery changed and a service on my iPhone 12pro. It wasn?t very clear on where we should go. I booked an appointment for 3.20pm and got seen but was told you can?t change the battery now as it?s close to closing time? Which is at 5pm. I thought 1.5 hours would be sufficient and if it was going to take that long it should have stated on the website. I even called ahead of my appointment to make sure they had a battery in stock but they didn?t say it won?t be done today. Very very poor

Called in because my wife wanted to change her iPhone 13 mini for an iPhone 13.As usual at this store - a 5-star experience. Lola sorted us out brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had no idea how to back up the mini and restore all the data and settings to the new iPhone 13 so Lola took care of all of that for us.It took a while but even though the store became busy, we never felt rushed as she talked us through the process, explaining every step as we went along.If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thanks!

Do not know what they are on about. Took my phone in to get the battery replaced and instead of replacing it like I asked they came up with some stupid idea that because I was on a developer beta it can ruin my battery and to reset the phone and start again. Stupid me listened to them. Backed up all my photos to google drive, reset the phone. I?ve come to look at the photos on the google drive account and they are all gone!
