I've used argos for quite some time know and the customer services there are absolutely brilliant especially a lady named Amy she is so polite, friendly and very helpful she makes my day when I see her serving.

I returned 3 items of clothing they didn?t give me a receipt. I then got an email when I had returned home and they had only refunded 2 items. I dashed back to the store the man said oh it dropped out of the bag so I have keyed it on the system don?t worry, no apology! Still no email confirmation and no refund so as you can?t call the store or Webchat then I?ve got to make yet another trip to the store. Shocking service ??

A Click & Collect item has been delivered, received and *signed* at Argos Archer Road (Sheffield), according to Royal Mail, but I cannot collect it because it is missing. Nobody is trying to help me either at the store ("contact the sender") or online ("contact the store"). This is a serious matter to me. This brand has lost all its reputation. I strongly recommend using alternative services like Amazon or Hermes for this.

I love the Click & Collect service, however I really feel sorry for the staff providing the service who have to work without any form of cover in all weather. The car park location has never changed since the service began a few years ago so why hasn?t something been put up by now. I am sure the staff get time inside to thaw out but once wet you never thaw out. Protection should be provided from the sun in Summer as well. Staff Health and Well-being not being considered. Come on Sainsburys you need to look after your staff they are your most important asset.

It's fab as a place to collect Argos products however if you just want to look at something in the catalogue the staff are far too full on! If I want advice I will ask for it don't need to be overseen by anyone ð??±

Don't have alot of the larger stuff so you have to pre order but still a very convenient setup for Sainsburys to include in their store.

Brilliant little Argos store I have used the Express check out where I paid before I arrived at the store and the regular checkout both were efficient, loved it, very happy staff were very nice
