Seems to be a revolving door of staff with poor training on procedures and policies. Both evening staff unable to deal with my prescription as they didnt have the credentials to access the system. Poor planning by management and was simply told to try somewhere else, so i will, and suggest others do the same

Very rude. Presciption couldnt be found, sent through from an online GP (BUPA). No record of it, when called it had been faxed, took 30 seconds to find it.. Faxed as Pharmacy hadnt registered. Difficult conversation as apparently i should understand the system (how could I?) wnded up shouting at me about GDPR. In line with other reviews, rude and obnoxious. Only saving grace was the assistant was lovely. Avoid.

Poor rude and uninterested assistanta who ,lost a prescription thats been ongoing for the last 3 years and not bothered about helping out to rectify there own computer problem.

Unfortunately once again Asda have prescribed the wrong medication. It's fine for me but not for anyone who trusts the pharmacy and takes whatever medication they are given. 3rd month running and staff are so condescending.

Some staff members at this place are very ignorant and if I spoke to someone at work like these do id be sacked. Theres one lady there and her attitude is very poor everything is too much

Supposed to have had 2 of my medications ready Friday..... not done! Rung Saturday only got 1! They promised that both of my items would be ready today! Left it until the pain is unbearable just rung and said we only have 1 item for you! We having a problem with the supplier!!! IM IN AGONY! SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH! told me to ring back in half an hour!!! Shocking response!!! New to this pharmacy I will be changing immediately!

I had a great experience with the opticians, my prescription lenses worked brilliantly, however, they wouldnt replace my glasses when they got stolen by a local pigeon at Baxter farm! I thought the staff were very blunt and rude when they denied me a second pair.

Inside the pharmacist is opticians they're both help full if you've got any question about your eyes or your prescription or you want to talk about your health or your kids health or any health related subject they will help you if they can or advise you what to do

I previously used their free collection service for prescriptions in 2016 or 2017. Can't remember which.
They mislaid or lost my prescription. You would then think they would launch an immediate investigation due to this breach. BUT NO. In fact, even Asda's Head Office wouldn't reply to letters and didn't seem to care. This was even they case when I involved the Ombudsman who gave them a set time to reply.
EVENTUALLY (and I say EVENTUALLY) a reply came. But, just shredded it away without reading it. You had AMPLE opportunities to reply, but it took months. So, had NO interest in reading your excuses.
Even the Information Commissioners Office said they felt it looked like a data breach. After all, if this prescription had been lost on the street, this IS cause for concern. After all, there is a LOT of personal data contained within a prescription.
NEVER TRUSTED THEM AGAIN. I now use a different chemist & collect my OWN prescriptions. May have been more forgiving had Asda taken it seriously & not ignored letters. STICK TO FOOD.

If the option was available I'd remove the one star. My experience in the pharmacy today made me feel belittled & criminalized. Firstly I entered the store and no one was around, it literally took minutes and lots of tapping & huffing before a member of staff appeared, had I been a thief I could have helped myself. I was clearly an inconvenience from the way she acknowledged me & reluctantly asked how she could help. I struggled to explain why I was there because of the pain I was in after running out of my prescribed pain relief. I briefly went in to my history, I was then told by this member of staff that she found it hard to believe I had been prescribed this medication for over a year because it was only recommended for short term use. She then offered me co-codamol & told me I must see a doctor after I had repeatedly said I would be calling my GP's triage in the morning, again making me feel dishonest. She then dismissed me when I tried to ask questions about a branded version of the medication she had offered me. An utterly demeaning & unprofessional service. Such a shame after previous experiences which exceeded good customer service.
