security guard that looks like Phil Mitchell (you?ll know exactly who i mean) follows you round every single time you visit if you look younger than 25 because he seems to think we?ll steal and Dorothy at the pizza counter is sooo rude and snappy with no patience, (was really rude to my boyfriend with Asperger?s that struggles to talk to people, he was trying to build his confidence up) and she seems like she doesn?t want to be there stood making pizzas with her awful attitude. all the other pizza ladies are wonderful and kind which makes it a shame.

Visited the click and collect this evening. Parked and waiting 20 minutes before a lad came! It wasn?t even busy! No apology for us waiting, seemed like he didn?t want to be there. Not happy

I don't shop there often but when I do it is ok. One thing I don't like is the self service checkouts. They are no quicker than the human operated checkouts and only exist to reduce staffing costs for the stores. Which is why I do most of my shopping at Aldi or Lidl.

This store seems to get worse every week, tonight before 8.00 pm all the stock for the night shift was out on the shop floor making it like an obstacle course.By 8.20, all the check outs were closed leaving self serve as the only option with a full trolley, however staff stood about chatting and 2 ladies handing bags out at self serve.The store itself looks very run down and tired, probably time to check out some other local supermarkets I think.

Click and Collect at ASDA Chapeltown in Sheffield.Firstly, I arrived on time for my collection slot but waited 20 minutes before nobody still arrived to greet me. So I noted the handwritten phone number on the board next to me and called the store, only to be told that the "Check In" App machine wasn't working!Come on ASDA... You couldn't have put a courtesy notice on the board to let customers know???Secondly, after I unpacked my groceries at home, I found a Canteloupe melon to be mouldy!! So whichever order picker has picked my order blatantly just picked the nearest item without inspecting it for it's quality.For these reasons, I will never shop with ASDA again. There is a reason to be found in the difference of quality and service across the board when shopping with Ocado and the slight price increase more than justifies the means.Order 7482321000847

General really. The woman behind the pizza counter (elder one) is extremely rude! A lot of stock isn?t faced so shelves look empty (they are newly empty).

Can you please sort out the issue regarding the absence of small shopping trolleys. Also, increasing a jar of Loyd Grossman pasta sauce from £1 to £3 is ridiculous. I do not believe the increase is due to supply and production cost, it is pure greed.
