We popped into Austen and Blake whilst we were looking for a new engagement ring and we were served by Brooke, we asked just to look at what options were available and to price a ring up, we came away to think about what options we had and then went back to order the ring we had chosen l. Throughout the whole of the service Brooke was reassuring and kind and thoughtful for what we wanted, she never once put any pressure on us to make a decision and then after we left the shop she continued the great service she offered in the shop keeping us up to date with the ring and ensuring we were happy. Thank you Brooke we have picked the ring up today and we both absolutely love it! Just wish you were there when we came to pick it up! Thank you so much!

I had the most fantastic experience at Austen & Blake Meadowhall with our Sales Consultant Julie. She was so informative and helped myself and my partner every step of the way into selecting our perfect engagement ring. She allowed me to try on all different styles, sizes and shapes and measured my finger to see which size ring I needed. Thank you so much for the most pleasant experience and not being pushy with us, we will always have Julie to thank for the start of our next chapter together as a couple.
