“I had a booked slot and the team started fairly quickly but they are easily distracted by walk-ins and other customer issues - I appreciate they are trying to be helpful for everyone - but I ended up waiting an hour for a job that only required about 10 mins labour -its a balancing act I appreciate and on a Sunday but thats why I didn't feel a 5 was representative.Kudos to them for trying to keep everyone happy - not an easy task! :)”

“I took my bike in because my chain had snapped. I was expecting to wait for ages, but the machanic guy said it'll take about 10 minutes to replace the cain and sort my gears out. It did! No messing about. He was really friendly and we had a bit of a chuckle as well. It cost less than I was expecting too. I'd definitely use them again.”
