“Hello, the bank has limited parking in the street but there are more side streets to park. Most of the time you will find a space to use the ATM machine no problems. Just need a bit of clean. The building has automatically door for extra help if need and wide for wheel chairs or scooter. The bank had 3 service point and get a bit busy at times. The staff are help fully and sometime do push you to use on line banking. But the staff customer service is excellent. Hope you all have fun take your money or pay bills.”
“Second time my partner and I come here. We were warmly welcomed. The offered us nice coffee and after a 10 min wait a lady helped us to open an account for my partner and provide some details about my existing accountas. The lady took us to a little office and was patient enough and spoke slowly as english is not our first language. A smile from her would have been the cherry on the top, but overall a very positive experience.”

“Called in here today (16:05:2023), with my 95 year old Nannan who has had some issues with her bank card over the weekendThe members of staff were so very helpful and caring and very professional, they went above and beyond to help her and nothing was too much trouble and they took time to speak with her about day to day life and gave five star treatment to an elderly lady who left the branch with a weight lifted from her shouldersIt was a really lovely experience and I will be making an appointment to also open an account with them, I’ve been with another bank for many years and I have never witnessed such lovely customer service from them as I witnessed today! Thank you for being so kind it didn’t go unnoticed ❤️”

“A little stressed to have to go to the bank at Meadowhall. As there is now no branch anywhere near where I live. It was however very well organised. The staff were lovely and I was in and out in no time. The queue moved quickly and the foot flow markings both in the bank and outside in the malls was very clear and seemed to be adhered to by everyone.”

“Having been charged nearly £3000.00 by our energy company, without warning, we visited this branch to discuss our options.Keeley looked after us and sorted our problem out calmly and efficiently. In fact we were in and out in 15 minutes leaving very satisfied with what Lloyds and Keeley had done on our behalf as customers.I use this branch on a regular basis for both business and personal banking, whilst some queues do form during lunchtime, the staff are always working hard.This is a good little branch with plenty of free parking.”
