Dreadful waited 30 minutes,I was the last one in the queue assistant tells me to wait a minute and walks off, when she said hold on a minute, I did state I was actually in quite a lot of pain, to which I got "what did you say", I repeated I was struggling to stand, if looks could kill I wouldn't be writing this.. When she walked off she clocked why I was struggling. Assistant number 2 the prescription I'd gone to collect was not ready even though ordered for that day, I'd have to wait 20 minutes more, having being stood waiting on a shattered ankle, I felt pretty awful, really ill, I had to leave the store.Last time i went to pick up a prescription for the same family member they were just closing for an hour, due to staff shortages, yet had said nothing on the phone 20 minutes earlier.The service use to be amazing, prescriptions done over night and ready for collection.The first member of staff quite aggresive, from the on set, as if I shouldn't have crossed the threshold, not the best, definately got my back up.

Absolute abysmal service, over 1/2 an hour to collect a prescription, all because the pharmacist is in the consultation room, if you are going to keep people hanging around that long at least have the decency to inform them, so i could have done other shopping whilst waiting, but the ignorant staff never said a thing , if you as a company want to do consultations don't keep other customers hanging about without some kind of explanation, or employ more staff, never again will i use the pharmacy here again.

The pharmacy is shocking. Long queues and usually one person serving. Then more often than not it gets to my turn and they disappear for 5 minutes. You now have to queue at the pharmacy to get items from the other counter!! If you?re offering a service like this it should be properly staffed. Changed pharmacy now. My time is precious!!

Shopped there not so long ago...very unpleasant experience, the heating was turned up to tropical and the staff seemed reluctant to serve you. If they wanted to replicate a scene of a Colombian drug den, they very much succeeded !!!

Boots does not have enough staff serving. Went to the counter and was told you can only get served at the pharmacy desk were there was a long queue of people waiting for prescriptions. I did not go there for a prescription and did not want to wait in a queue there while they faffed about so I left. Rubbish service there.

Chronically understaffed. 2 people on tills with 15 person queue. There are 5 tills why aren?t staff on all of them?

It's a chemist. It does what chemists do. Friendly and helpful on the prescriptions.

Pharmacy service is absolutely disgusting., 2 months in a row my sons milk prescription isn?t ready and I?mNot contacted. Tried calling currently on hold for 22 minutes and counting no answer as per usual. The staff at the desk are not bothered in the slightest that there is a queue, or this prescription is urgent. Just wait around for an hour. The staff need retraining or better staff bringing in. The staff?s face is so obvious they couldn?t care less about what ur issue is.

Couldnt speak more highly of the out of hours prescription team, they were so patient, especially considering there were issues about the prescription coming through from the boots online system (which is completely out of their control!) .

Apart from the very odd person, staff here are so rude, unhelpful, condescending & obnoxious especially, the older women, they act like they are doing you a favour & you are an inconvenience. Some serious customer service training is much needed at this store & has been for many years. A total lack of customer service at it's finest

Think boots is under staffed.. not very often they pick up the phone... not their fault I suppose.
