I was in the shop yesterday and was amazed by how lovely and caring the young ladies was who worked in the shop. I had a massive problem the day before at another shop and went in to card factory and nothing was to much work for the ladies would like to say a massive thank you for sorting my pink balloons out and for been so fast at your job your lot was brilliant yesterday x

I would love it if there was more of a variety of candles and balloons to choose from as there always seems to be limited amount of stock available for particular items e.g boys birthday balloons in blue or girls birthday balloons in pink. Also should sell music candles and those lightable firework type candles. You could try to sell more gifts and maybe even personalised gifts in the future?

Decent selection of cards for most occasions and very reasonable prices, including for the extras in case you've forgotten anything. Wrapping paper is also really good value here too, with high quality options available as well.
