Great location and atmosphere. Portions are small and overpriced and the quality of the food isn't great. Nice place for a coffee but don't bother with the food.

Visited with my husband and a couple of friends. We all had something different to eat and all thoroughly enjoyed everything. All the facilities were to a high standard. All the staff were really friendly.A lovely experience throughout.

Food was really lovely but the experience was really let down by the service.My husband and I went for dinner a few weeks back. He ordered a burger which he really enjoyed and I ordered a pasta dish which again was very nice. I also ordered a large glass of red wine, which I specifically pointed at on the menu for our server to see. Our server, an older gentleman, came back with a glass of rosé. I politely let him know that I ordered a glass of red wine to which he apologised and went back with the rose. I did let him no it was absolutely no worries at all. Thought that was the end of the exchange - mistakes happen.However, when he returned, he very loudly commented ?You know the phrase ?the customer is always correct?? Well YOU were wrong. I wrote down rosé? and very smugly slammed down my glass. I said that I was very sorry there had been a miscommunication but I know I ordered from the back page of the menu (the red section) as I cannot drink rosé wine?to which he made some mumbled comment and left. I was left feeling utterly embarrassed and shocked by the way a stranger had spoken to me. My husband was going to complain then and there but I was scared of how this would be received given how a tiny mistake was handled.Luckily the older server finished his shift after this (perhaps that explains it) and a lovely younger gentleman served us our food.Nice food but not worth being spoken to a reprimanded child for.

The food was good, the service was fast and friendly, and the size portions went down a bit, not very different from other places.

I must admit I expected more. Carluccios reputation precedes it as a 'posh' Italian restaurant. The service was good, no problems there. I had a Carluccios burger, which was tasty enough but overpriced and unimpressive to look at. The wife had escalope of chicken (slightly overcooked) with parma ham, rocket leaves, and roast potatoes in a sage, white wine and pesto sauce. She loved the sauce.

First time we've been, the service was friendly & helpful. The atmosphere nice. We sat inside so we were away from the hustle bustle of meadowhall food court.The food was delicious but my medium steak was well done. Asides from that we had a lovely meal there and would visit again.

Called in for some lunch on Saturday, no queue and seated promptly by friendly waitress. Menus supplied and orders taken quickly.Enjoyed the Pappardelle Braised Beef Ragu which was extremely tasty.We also had Chicken Milanese and Lasagne and followed up with lovely desset - Affogato.Felt looked after, and there was no issues with food or service. Thanks very much.Vegetarian options: There are vegetaruian options.Dietary restrictions: Was asked by staff if we had any allergies.Parking: 24/7 free parking at Meadowhall.Saturdays busiest time.Wheelchair accessibility: Not required for us, but appeared to be accessible.

This is my all time FAVOURITE restaurant in Sheffield. I had the grilled prawns with rosemary and garlic potatoes. Easily the best seafood i?ve eaten in a long while. The team was superb, especially manager Ivor, who topped up our waters and recommended a delicious nutella cheesecake for dessert! Coffees were perfect along with the whole experience, would definitely recommend! Vegetarian breakfast came minus smashed avocado, roasted tomatoes and red onions. Was Luke warm at best. Very disappointing.

Fantastic food, great staff who are polite and friendly. Our waitress helped with menu choices. She was absolutely wonderful. We went for breakfast and an evening meal within the space a day. Great menu and great food. Definitely worth a visit

Had a really nice sea bass and my partner had the steak. The steak was requested to be medium and was more like well done, but otherwise nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. It wasn't too expensive. Quite a nice atmosphere early evening before it started to get busy. Would eat here again.

Worst meal ever-Tasteless dried pasta swimming in grease pretending to be ricotta/spinach ravioli in sage butter Absolute yuck The lampshades over the tables were absolutely filthy. Won't be going back in a hurry

Exceptional service this morning by Maisie, what an absolutely lovely, friendly and professional person. Re-arranged furniture to accommodate a large powerchair. If I could give more more than 5 stars for service I would do. Thank you Maisie look forward to seeing you next time we come to Meadowhall. ?
