Such a great place to visit.... I work for them but I'm not biased, they are a great bunch of folk. Doing their bit for a great cause. Friendly staff and helpful service as always

Excellent collection service today, two really helpful and friendly drivers were initially asked to collect a large settee but also took away a dresser and glass tv table, super grateful as needed to empty my late Dad?s property asap. Thank you so much and will definitely keep you in mind for future and recommend your service.

A big massive thank you to Steve and Mick the drivers for this wonderful charity. I have donated a very large table, amongst a couple of other bits. They rang to let me know they were on their way, and they were very efficient at time keeping and moving. Wonderful service thank you guys x

I have been going in here from it opening, I'm also a full time wheelchair user, so having a charity shop that had good space to have a look around was great. Quickly it started to have less space and I needed my daughter to go up and have a look at things for me. Over time there has been less and less space, to the point that now, I can't get anywhere in the shop apart from a small way up (with an uncomfortably tight squeeze and being very careful) the right hand side of the store, and back to the front to go to the till. All I was told is "They need to get stuff out" when I mentioned how I simply can't get anywhere in the store anymore, after I was asked if I could get through. It was obvious I couldn't get anywhere. I won't be going anymore as there isn't any point and they obviously have no plans on making a little room for people to get around. It's a shame as I did like to go and look (partially) around, dispite the high prices and being asked if I'll sign up for monthy payments every time I went (which is also a little off putting). There's many disabled people who already feel cut off from a lot of places, now this is just another place that's "disabled access" but in reality, it's definitely not. And its not just wheelchairs that will struggle, it's prams and people with walking aids too. Hopefully they do take note and change things.

Went in yesterday to drop some donations off, and upon leaving there was a gentleman stood at the doors wanting to sign people up for a monthly contribution by direct debit, that?s fine BUT there was a lady who seemed rather uncomfortable with him asking and she said no but the bloke pestered at the lady she then said she didn?t have her bank card, he then went on to say it didn?t matter just give me your name address and number and I can sort it that way, you could clearly see the lady was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave, I?ve been approached by this same bloke and he was quite persistent with me only I put my foot down and said NO! As I?d already contributed by donating goods, I understand there wanting to raise money but stop pestering people at the doors!. Times are difficult and people just don?t always have extra money especially a direct debt monthly contribution who knows if they don?t have the funds every month! I think they need to sort it as I find it quite disgusting the way they pester if someone says no then except no! As an answer.

Dining table purchased in store and collection of old dining table and chairs.Absolutely excellent service from start to finish from every member of staff. The delivery driver Mick went above and beyond to assist us with measurements and keeping us updated whilst a price was determined for the item we were interested in.Five star service from each and every one of the team.
