The most unreliable Evri drop off point. There is always something wrong - the label printer is broken, the scanner can?t pick up network. Today they have no collection slips so if the parcel is lost you won?t be able to prove it?s been dropped off. Why do I even bother with this place?

Coop online ordering is dodgy, no customer services who are interested in refunding you or apologising. Horrible company

Last resort shop. The prices are ridiculous and they always think i'm a shoplifter. That's what happens when you employ rich kid students who look down their noses at people, despite being on minimum wage. Always comes from snooty management. End result, you put off 90% of the customers and the shop is always empty. Not a great look, having to walk past homeless people in the doorway, only to then be watched like you're a criminal just because you have a bag and don't fit the narrow-minded managers idea of someone who can pay for their shopping. Even though you're wearing expensive sportswear or casual clothes. Wear a £10 primark top and £15 shoes and you'll probably be ok to steal half the shop, whilst they're watching me though.

Beware, this Co-op car park is run by Horizon Parking. I PAID for my parking but mistyped my number plate as the machine wasn?t working properly and received a £70 fine. This has happened to numerous elderly customers of Co-op on Ecclesall road too and Co-op still refuse to do anything about it.

My 82 year old dad has just used the supermarket. They have changed their parking to just 45mins free. How is a 82 year old meant to do a full supermarket shop que pay and get back to the car get the groceries into the car and leave within 45 mins this is a ploy which penalises the old. Co-op and horizan parkingyou should be ashamed of yourselfs for picking on the elderly we will not be using any of your stores anymore

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS A 45 min parking time after that they will give you a fine. I think this is disgrace full being an oap who disabled and unable to run round the shop to receive a parking fine for shopping at your shop which on that day had very slow service has to be the lowest of the low. Also be aware that the launderette also operates under this system so you could end up with separate fines. How not to reward long term loyal customer.

Avoid at all cost if you don't want a parking fine!!! My partners mother who's an OAP and has mobility issues was in the store for an hour which most of was taken up by assistants being unable to help her with your App so made her run over time as only allowed 45 minutes parking and staff/management couldn't care less when she went back to get help with this .....very poor customer service and how not to keep regular customers!!!

How not to treat an OAP disabled customer please be aware there is a max 45 min stay if you stay longer you will have to pay or receive a fine the manager couldn't care less. How not incentivise customer loyalty.

They charged 15% more on the till compared to the price tag on rechargeable batteries. This may happen in other places too. However, how they deal with their mistake is unacceptable. The staff( 2 ladies on the till around 13:00 on 26/11/2022) needs proper training in customer service as they are in denial mode saying it is not their mistake. They consumed additional 10 minutes of my time to sort this issue. They have the receipt showing payment and they see the tag. The common sense response is that they pay the difference straightaway which should not take more than a minute. Look what Sainsburrys does which is 50 metres away as an example. No, they just want the customer spend time on sorting their mistake out. First, the customer needs to show them the physical product. It is not important for them to see how long it takes to find it among a bag which had around 30 other products in it. Then they need to make a refund and then ask the customer to make another purchase.Such a waste of time and poor customer experience!!!

A necessary evil because it's our nearest supermarket. Been using this store for 14+ years and it never fails to make steam come out of my ears.*Always* run out of fresh staples eg fruit and veg, never have the tills sufficiently staffed, queues for the self service and never a manager in sight.
