I was treated so well I felt like royalty .I was pampered by (the genuinely lovely and friendly) assistant Kerry to different skin care products. With her great knowledge of the products she helped me tailor my purchases to exactly what I was wanting.The very lovely young man Roan was also helpful and kind and gave me lots of information regarding the pamper treatments in Leeds.Emma, who was also working that day also gave me advice. I had a chat and a giggle with them all.Thank you to the three of you for making my visit a very happy experience...you are all fabulous at your job xx”

“I've never been to Lush before and it's absolutely incredible! It's like a whole experience!! I wish I knew who served me, I was overwhelmed by all the smells, colours and textures. It was fantastic yet at the same time I dint know how long I'd be able to cope. While I never want to leave it's a lot to take in. (I'm autistic).Didn't buy anything at the time, but a certain BF has taken note of that the lass who was showing me everything was.I just wish I know her name, very smiley, giggley and I can't tell she's just so easy to get along with. “I always have a lovely time at this branch. I came in quite late (probably just after 5 on 18/07/2023) as I needed to get some ginger shampoo after work. The lady who greeted and served me (sorry I didn't catch your name) was very friendly and helpful with regards to my body shop card and went above and beyond to ensure I got my points.I really enjoyed the conversation that I had with her which I think sometimes can really make someone's day, if you don't speak with many people some days when working from home.I usually find that the staff here make a point of tailoring their service to my needs rather than trying really hard to up-sell so I always try to shop in store rather than online. Always a pleasant experience”

“Went into the store yesterday about 3pm, it was so quiet, and the lovely assistant 'Star'; really was a star, he went above and beyond to not only show us the products, but to also explain the tones etc.we left with smells on card, and I have decided to go back and purchase one of the samples he gave me. “After suffering for nearly 5 years and being left aneamic for 3 yrs I asked GP to email me my blood results. Turns out not only am I aneamic still and GP told me I don't need tablets, but I'm folate deficient as well. The lovely man at boots read my results for me and told me I need to be on folic acid and prescribed me 200mg ferrous sulphate. He could have saved my life really cos many times I have felt like palpitations are so bad my heart is going to cave in and collapse. All because my drs surgery didn't inform me I was deficient and left me to get worse for years. Thank you to the lovely man at boots - you might have just saved my life by putting me on the right medication. Who would have thought boots were more competent than my own GP? Thank you again lovely kind man. I won't forget you.”

“Staff on the shop floor were kind and helpfulNot so when I went to the phmacy. When I explained my symptoms she told me to go see my Dr. If it was only that simple and that's why I'd gone to a phmacy in the first place. There is no chance of seeing a GP not for at least 4 weeks.Disgrace.”
