The staff are always friendly and helpful,even when there are long queues.If only they had more space for their prescriptions box system it would make their work so much easier.

Had an issue with my prescription not being issued by the doctors. Completely understand these things happen, just human error ??Asked for it to be sent to this pharmacy instead of my usual. Went in on the off chance it might have got there the same day. I wasn?t expecting them to have it or it to be ready. Was done within 2 minutes of me getting there on the same day as requesting from the GP. Amazing, efficient service! Lovely staff. Can?t recommend enough.

Went in today to get my child?s antibiotics as no other chemist in the area had any. The wonderful amazing pharmacist spoke to my doctors surgery, arranged for the prescription to be sent over and gave me above and beyond help to ensure my son had enough antibiotics over Xmas and new year period. Amazing lady ?

The discrimination against people for not being able to wear a mask is absolutely disgusting. People reporting (snitching) to staff about none maskers is appalling. When someone is exempt it should not be questioned, it should be accepted, no one has the right to ask or query why!

I was really shocked to hear from my mother that your chemist - of all shops - does not appear to be adhering to social distancing guidelines. She felt unsafe to enter as there were 4 people standing close together at the counter and others in the shop with no one way system obvious or signage. I hope this is going to be rectified soon.
