Good time there. Very busy at Christmas. Food ok. It was a shame that the beer on the tap was not working but they had plenty of choice of bottled beer.

Really difficult customer service. Hard returns. Claim no receipt. But Currys have electronic receipts. Having to go back several times to rectify. Not happy.

The staff seem lovely but I waited for 30-45 minutes to buy something but no staff member would come over to help. I asked a few but they were all busy. So I had to leave empty handed. And not the first time I?ve had this experience here - maybe very understaffed if this is the norm!I completely understand the need for patience if it?s busy, which in their defence it was, but over half an hour waiting is too long.I am only giving one star because that is kind of the most important part of being a shop - being able to buy something from them. Otherwise, staff were friendly, shop is nice, good range of products etc etc.

Today was the last time I will ever visit a Currys store, 3 times over the last 2ish years I've visited and each time I leave annoyed and without what I wanted. First time they tried selling me a display model TV as a brand new unit. They wouldn't have said anything but I saw them packing the display one away. Second time I went to browse and buy a gaming monitor after seeing a model I wanted online, one I wanted wasn't in stock and there were only about 2-3 others to choose from and staff weren't interested. Third time was today same as the second time but this time with a gaming steering wheel, same shafting that they didn't sell them in store, the member of staff who I spoke to was nothing short of rude, absolutely wasn't interested and just mugged me off for another customer. Currys will never get a penny from me. They missed out on about £1500 worth of sales due to terrible staff and confusion as to what is available in store. Shambles.

Went to look at security cams - website said the store had them in stock so wanted to ask questions. Was told when I got there that they didn't actually have them in stock, but they could be delivered to store. Couldn't ask questions.Disappointed.

Try updating your opening hours - sat outside at 7.15 trying to collect an order and you?re closed. Useless. Even the email confirmed opened until 8

Currys has quality electronics items with good prices. Excellent customer service and experience.
