I?m a single mum of 2 and started uni. I needed help and advice on a laptop and printer, been completely useless with tech. Money is limited and needed the best value I could get. Went to the store at S8, didn?t feel as if very helpful and more interested in add on sales/upselling despite explaining my situation. Paid numerous visits to the Meadowhall branch as wanted to make the right choice. Each time the staff members were knowledgeable, explained things in layman?s terms to me so I had a better understanding of the differences between models, with no pressure to buy or feeling of being rushed. Liane the manager helped me on 3 occasions and Martyn assisted me in making my final decision. They were so friendly, not asked about add ons (as I get these provided by uni,) and made the whole thing easy! Thank you Liane and Martyn.

When a company advertises it's opening hours as 10am-9pm you would expect it to be correct. Arrived at 10am only to be told my Curry's/pc world staff that carphone warehouse doesn't open while 11am....\\n\\nIn top of that, my phone was sent for repair on July 10th, was back at the store on 21st July...... Only issue is no one thought to let me know it was ready for collection. I had to chase it up!\\n\\nVery unprofessional Mickey mouse setup

Great staff - very friendly and informative. Spoke to an amazing gentleman but didn't catch his name. He handled my order and had a good chat about up coming products. Always great to deal with people who have a human approach expecially in the current times we are in.

Came in to get a washing machine and service was great, Daniel was patient, gave great advise and walked us through everything we needed to know. Really chatty and nice, informative and made the whole process a breeze. Thank you.

A couple of the youngsters working there have absolutely no idea of the specs of some hardware they are trying to sell. They simply read off the small print and tell you it's compatible! Look it up later on a decent web site and you find that most of what they say is rubbish - beware!

I won't be going back, whilst trying to buy headphones a sales lady came over to the salesman who was helping me and very rudely interrupted us, where! if ever! She trained incustomer sales service they certainly need to revisit there training!!!!!!!

Shocking customer service standards. Wouldn't let me leave to price compare an item, despite the website stating they don't mind. Staff seem put out when answering questions, and checking stock. You would think you were asking them to walk to the moon.
