My mother wanted to get a new vacuum and decided on this one (btw one of the best vacuums we have ever used!).The staff were very friendly, helpful and resourceful on picking the right product. We was treated with respect and good banter and was absolutely fantastic customer service throughout the whole time of being there.Would definitely return again!!@mantiumofficial@

The place is hilarious.... they charge delivery on large products they haven't got in stock to be delivered to their store for pickup...what !.. the lorries coming anyway from the central warehouse.... also rude staff member Richard with no customer service skills whatsoever, clearly his piles must have been playing up.. when questioned about the whole store drop of charging issue he actually said "Go elsewhere and buy it then".. so we did, a 65" Glass TV from SKY, a tumble dryer, washer and, an oven from an online retailer, cheaper and no shipping cost... Currys, employing Richard and your store pick up charging policy lost you over £3000.. well done

Absolute nightmare if a company to deal with. Ordered a brand new cooker and microwave. The cooker was delivered and just left in its packaging in the kitchen. I paid for a professional electrician to install it only to find that the cooker was actually broken! I went to my local branch of Curry?s who refused to deal with the problem citing that they could only direct me to the online customer services - in South Africa!!! The call centre was clueless on British consumer law, very unhelpful and had no desire to rectify the situation quickly. I am now cookerless again for another 10 days through no fault of my own!!!Now the microwave was also ordered online with the notice stating available for collection TODAY.Once I had purchased this item, I was subsequently informed via email that this was not true and that I had to wait 48 hours for a new item to be detached from main depot.If you read the fine print it states it can take up to 5-7 working days for them to refund your money.Very dubious business practices and shocking online customer service.I will never buy from them again.My advice spend your money elsewhere ?.
