Visited to have my Samsung watch repaired. Watch sent away and returned. I had concerns that they hadnt addressed the real issues with the repair but Staff in shop werent really interested and I was forced to literally sit in their shop trying to call an EE call centre somewhere else in the world!! Customer service was very poor. This visit did a lot of damage to my impressions of EE as a company.

Myself and my wife went in on Saturday looking at an Samsung flip, we was approached by a woman asked randomly asked you with EE? I replied, no I?m just looking to buy one for my wife. Immediately with an attitude said we don?t sell them to other customers, only EE. Well we was looking at buying it or getting a contract but after that attitude we went to 02. Keep your phone and your poor customer service!

James and Kirsty helped get me out of a tough spot when my ISP Talktalk relentlessly lets me down - starting a new remote job next week and having internet access is critical for me. They helped me with getting a WiFi dongle and even set it up for me in the shop - I can't thank you enough for helping me and making it such an easy experience. Thanks!!

There?s clearly issues with EE customer care training. They could learn from a visit to the 3 store next door. A high pressure sales process followed by rude behaviour when you inform that you only want a sim deal. I have been with EE since its incarnation and previously orange. A walk next door to 3 and a sales team that was there to help and listen got me not only a new and better SIM card deal but they managed to save me money on my home broadband.
