“What a hidden gem this place is. Love, love, love this place. Took my niece to watch Sing2. She’s never been to the cinema, only 5yr old. She absolutely loved every minute. Staff were brilliant, place was really clean and we both can’t wait to come back. No plastic waste with the tubs of sweets and popcorn. Lovey mocktail for me. The building itself started life as a house! In the 18th century. Then a bank. And now the best cinema in town. Thank you.”

She is in a care home with Dementia so we had an idea on combining several old pictures in a frame as a memory trigger. Jo took control and we were over the moon with the result.”

“Small, quaint second hand bookstore in Sheffield City Centre on the main road. Very helpful young ladies at the reception. The entry is level and i faced no problems going in with a pram. Steps inside. In the front of the shop are some books, a dvd collection and a vinyl collection. Some other items as well such as containers, cups, scarves. Inside is a properly labelled section containing a decent collection of books. Nice shop.”

“I took my bike in because my chain had snapped. I was expecting to wait for ages, but the machanic guy said it'll take about 10 minutes to replace the cain and sort my gears out. It did! No messing about. He was really friendly and we had a bit of a chuckle as well. It cost less than I was expecting too. I'd definitely use them again.”

“Appliance World were so helpful when our old integrated fridge freezer broke suddenly. They were recommended to us by a local fridge repair person and we're really glad that we were told about them. We didn't have a clue how to organise a replacement as our kitchen appliances were all integrated when we moved in to the house. Appliance World explained everything to us, took down all the details about what we required and contacted us later that day when they had found something that met our requirements. They also arranged for the new fridge freezer to be fitted and the old one to be taken away.We would definitely use them again if we needed to replace any other appliances or we were redoing our kitchen.”

“Went in to high st Yesterday.The lift wasn't working due to the flood damage the day before.I needed to go upstairs for the photo service.A female member of staff took me up.To cut along story short.She supported me with this.Including 2 trips in the lift with me and my grandson in a pram.I am so sorry didn't get her name but well done fantastic service.”

“Location: Outside British Heart Foundation charity shop on Ecclesall Road. Clothing & aides: hiking boots, waterproof jacket, leather gloves, walking stick and a ruck sack on my back.Conditions: Path looked wet but didn't appear icy. When walking ahead, I immediately lost my footing and landed on my back. Upon recovering myself with the help of a kind stranger, on closer inspection, we discovered that there appeared to be a small rippling mains water leak rising up through the pavement. It seems that the water was hiding the fact that there was a layer of ice below. I felt it was extremely important to seek help from the shop directly opposite the scene and asked the owner if they could contact the council to report the danger. The owner told me that they had already reported the leak the week before and as we were discussing what to do next, another person became a victim of the hidden and lubricated ice. The owner kindly took charge and spead salt over the affected area and placed a yellow cone in the middle.Thanks to the 2 wonderful staff who were there to help their local community keep safe xx”

That seems to be the usual choice.Helpful staff who wete very knowledgeable and prepared to talk gsmes and gaming without trying to upsell , great selection, and i haven't put my handheld switch down for long since visiting.”

“I’m a single mum of 2 and started uni. I needed help and advice on a laptop and printer, been completely useless with tech. Money is limited and needed the best value I could get. Went to the store at S8, didn’t feel as if very helpful and more interested in add on sales/upselling despite explaining my situation. Paid numerous visits to the Meadowhall branch as wanted to make the right choice. Each time the staff members were knowledgeable, explained things in layman’s terms to me so I had a better understanding of the differences between models, with no pressure to buy or feeling of being rushed. Liane the manager helped me on 3 occasions and Martyn assisted me in making my final decision. They were so friendly, not asked about add ons (as I get these provided by uni,) and made the whole thing easy! Thank you Liane and Martyn.”

The staff member who addressed my concerns displayed exemplary knowledge and proficiency, successfully rectifying the issue with my iMac, and all of this without any associated costs. It is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction that one can receive such a high standard of service even for a product long past its warranty period. “The games are usually cheap like the last of us part 2 £35 on PlayStation but £15 at cex: I would reccomend waiting a couple months after they get expensive or new games in store due to the fact they lose value quickly, for example the quarry was £48 pounds there and is £60 on PlayStation store but is now £12-15. DVDs are usually cheap and phones and audio devices are not cheap but are great bargains for the original price. However when there is a long queue it defo stays long due to slow staff but that isn’t their fault since they all doing certain stuff like getting stuff from traders. Packaging for click and collects and selling items to buyers or stocking shelves. Would not recommend going there during Black Friday 2 weeks before Christmas and after Christmas wait a week or two for people to slowly start dissapearing from the shop to ensure getting items and not having to wait in long queues”
