“I purchased a Tudor watch as I loved the idea of Tudor being owned by Rolex and I knew the watch to be exceptional quality and very high end and of course look fantastic. There was slight issue with the first Tudor I purchased and the staff particularly Chelsie was very professional and and got it sorted straight away. However there was what I thought was another issue with the replacement watch but in fact it was my lack of knowledge and understanding how a self winding watch works. I went back to see the staff at Beaverbrook's again all the staff I spoke to were fantastic, knowledge and educated me about automatics watches. Brilliant service, professional and kind and was happy to do what ever it took till I was happy. I absolutely love my watch I would highly recommend Beaverbrook's. Thank you!!Jane H”

“I've waited 25 years for the engagement ring my husband promised me, and he's been given headache about it everytime an engagement announcement has been made in our hearing.This year on our 25th Wedding Anniversary he presented me with a beautiful, hand crafted and unique emerald and diamond ring which he'd had made from scratch.Not only that but he'd asked David to use a treasured Gold Ring of my fathers for the gold. David retained the original band, but by reducing the band width he was able to use the extra gold from the sides to craft a stunning Eternity ring and gemstone setting. The core of my fathers ring was kept intact and resized for me to wear on a different finger, as a plain band.I can't express how special this was for me, 30 years after losing my Dad. The only issue is that I can't bend my husbands ear about an engagement ring anymore - he knocked it out of the park with this one, and David was the one who made it all happen.If you're looking for a traditional, old fashioned craftsman with 40+ years of exprience, David is your man.”

“I was interested in a 42mm Seamaster 300m (ref. 210.30.42.20.04.001) until the lady serving me said she would order the watch in 40mm for me. When in fact, the Seamaster 300m doesn’t come in 40mm. Nice store though, good atmosphere. But do you own research.”
