Me and my two grandchildren when to KFC Meadowhall queue for 40 minutes , a customer who had been served before me brought her chicken burger back because it had mayonnaise on and she wanted a plain burger ( this was the 3rd time she had brought it back ) the burger was unwrapped and the assistant looked at the burger to see it had got Mayo on it , she them wrapped it back up and put it back on the serving rack , the other assistant started to pick my order and gave me the burger that the other customer had brought back , I told her I didn?t want it and explained why and she didn?t believe me , it was only when another customer came to my defence as she had seen what had happened as well , I decided that I didn?t want my order and asked for a refund which I got . Will never eat there again ,

We usually go to KFC and enjoy it but in this branch I couldn?t find any KFC foods.\\nI don?t recommend this branch and won?t go there again. The food was horrible and price was high. Poor services.

Nice food....BUT SOOOOO SLOW. takes an age to order, then you wait and wait and wait and wait for your food. In the meantime, you could have visited any of the other outlets in Meadowhall and eaten and been on your way.\\n\\nIf you really must have KFC, then get in your car and drive 5 mins to the branch at Canklow.

I worked there for a short time and was shocked to see that they actually never wash the fry baskets and they don't cover the fryers after closing so you know there's gonna be dead fly's in the oil and under the fry dump is disgusting grime plastered to the bottom of it like not been cleaned properly in years discussing place
