Brilliant team - saved our holiday!Turned up with a need for break pads and disks, and it felt like they couldn?t do enough for me.Was a last minute booking, they weren?t sure they could get the disks?..but they did! There are times when you're obligated to write reviews, and then there are moments when you feel a genuine desire to share your experience ? this is definitely one of those rare latter occasions. Even with a last-minute call due to an urgent need for tire changes, I was warmly welcomed. James, a member of the staff, was exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to assist. He guided me through the options, ensuring I got the best value for my money. He even offered to communicate with my leasing company, which I needed to consult before making any changes to the tires. James suggested wheel alignment only if it was absolutely necessary, showing no interest in pushing services that weren't required. I'm extremely satisfied with the service received and would highly recommend it to anyone in need.

I recently discovered an issue with my brake disc covers and wheels after getting the discs and pads replaced at Kwik-Fit City Road and I posted a review mentioning this.I was soon contacted by the manager, Daniel who has been very helpful in sorting this and has also resolved the issue of the wheels being scratched (presumably) by a ratchet when removing them from the car.After the level of customer service I have experienced, I am very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this branch to others.

Daniel was so helpful as I needed my MOT to be done before it ran out (which was 2 days later) he booked me in and his team sorted me out within no time on the same day I rang which was really helpful!
