Lotus Home Care provided care for my elderly uncle, and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service they provided. Their carers were so friendly, patient and understanding with him, and they always treated him with respect and dignity. Their care made such a positive difference to my uncle's life, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of live-in care services. I am so grateful for the amazing work that Lotus Home Care does, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I cannot praise Lotus Home Care enough for the excellent care they provided my mother. Their carers were professional, compassionate and attentive to my mother's every need. Terrible company! Not turning up for calls on several occasions, refusing to give personal care because there is ?no time?, and when arranging meetings with office to discuss the several problems they make up excuses to move the appointment and then don?t turn up at the rearranged time because it slipped their mind and are now busy!
