Shop is a little small, so if a lot of people are there it can be a bit difficult to look round - but there's loads of stock and bargains to be had. And all for a very good cause!

Awful, awful charity. Very, very unprofessional organisation. With extremely rude, unhelpful staff. According to a moron that works here they aren?t affiliated with the MIND shop in London Road. Despite these being under the same charity. They told me this before refusing to give me an interview.
They never reply to correspondence when you contact them online either. I contacted them days ago. They never replied so I went today to talk to them. They refused to help me. Asked me all kinds of ridiculous questions as if what they were doing is top secret it isn?t. It?s pretty common knowledge what you do. You aren?t the MI5. The men left me sat there while he went away three times. You honestly couldn?t write this s***t. The questions I was asking them were pretty straightforward. Although I think these morons were struggling to follow what was going on in all seriousness lol. They probably couldn?t have answered my questions anyway. The people that work for this charity in the shops and offices. Seem like absolute morons who in all honesty would struggle to run up a phone bill. He starting blathering on about protocols. Saying that the manger would call me back later. When I told him politely that it had to be today. When I was there then and wanted to do the interviews today. I couldn?t come back tomorrow. Then when he came out for the third time he told me there was nobody to conduct the interview. Could I leave a number for the manager to call me back. Having heard enough I just said forgot it. You are wasting my time. I haven?t got time for this. I walked out. I?m really, really upset as I thought that they?d be more helpful and more professional. Really bad firm and not the way to do things MIND.
I then had to go to the offices of the charity on Sharrow Lane Sheffield. As the charity as the shop just around the corner on London Road. Told me that I could have an interview. Then they refused. When I explained the situation in full and told them the questions I was going to ask. I didn?t appreciate them trying to fob me off. When all I wanted was ten minutes of their time. They weren?t busy any of them. They are just lazy morons who couldn?t be bothered. I personally think the charity you all work for needs to know this. How you are lazy, stupid, incompetent. Lastly and worst of all rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful to customers. I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to them about your office and the charity shop. As I am utterly disgusted.
So technically what anyone who works for MIND at the office on Sharrow Lane in Sheffield is saying that who buys anything from the London Road shop who thinks that they money is going to help those with mental health issues. You are buying under false pretences as it obviously isn?t. I would never, ever give money to support this cause. ????
IN CLOSING TO ROBERT THE NOB ''MANAGER'' OF THE SHEFFIELD LONDON ROAD SHOP. PLEASE STOP DELETING MY REVIEW. IT IS A FREE COUNTRY AND I AM QUITE WITHIN MY RIGHT TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW IF I WISH.
