Might be useful if the website reflected the correct opening times turned up at 8.30 after checking web which says open at 8 am on Saturday only to find it does not open until nine other customers had also done the same. Come on next customer services get it updated to reflect correct times it’s not that hard !!

Went in Crystal Peaks store this morning. Waited at checkout. Assistant was dealing with a lady that had returned a garment. Must have been faulty as she was scrutinizing it. She had a face like thunder. Never spoke to the customer. 2 more member of staff stood at the end of the counter. Never acknowledged anyone. After... read full comment
