Shocked at the service in this store. Never been in this next store and won't be returning.I walked in at 11:28 today for a simple collection. I walked in and went to the till where I could see a staff member to ask for advice on where to collect. I saw Jane who was behind the pay here desk. I asked can I collect here?... read full comment

Collette in the men’s suit department was the most helpful shop assistant ever!Helped find the best fitting suit and really took her time to help when we really had no idea.Couldn’t praise Collette any more!
