I couldn?t recommend square kitchens enough. Ryan?s attention to detail and creative thought process in the planning brought new ideas to table that non of the other company?s we had out did. From design to delivery to installation the whole team were very friendly and professional and we are over the moon with our new kitchen and dinning area

Ordered a new kitchen end of June and 6 weeks later delivered and fitted, great, but unfortunately the overall service not as one would expect from the "Top" kitchen company one would expect.If you have a lot of money and can afford the full (all-in) package (removal/electrics/plastering/plumbing/fitting), I am sure you will get it all done perfect.If you order a fitting-only service (which starts from £2160 for already pre-assembled units) you'll get a different type of service. Although you can email/call their technical/sales team (who are great, btw), the company will not send the kitchen fitter/or a technical person to visit your place in advance to discuss details of the fitting and what their expectations are. (I never had a trade person to start the work without coming to visit the place in advance to quote and do the assessment and discuss). You will only have the sales/designer taking the measurements and the technical team providing the Electrics/Plumbing plan based on the design from the designer, but you will not get anybody technical to visit the place even when requested.When the kitchen fitter arrived on Monday morning to start the fitting, in the first 10 min, he did the assessment and reported several issues. One of them were electric sockets behind the Fridge & Freezer which were positioned as per the Electrics plan showed, but they forgot to mention the supply should be not directly behind the appliances as they did point out for the water supply on the plumbing plan.Ryan did try to defend it, but once noticed the electrics was not installed by the cowboys, he offered to cover the cost of the additional electrical cost. Although he would make sure the information is added to the plans in future, he would not change the way they work - e.g. for the fit-only service he will not send the kitchen fitter for a pre-visit. (unless you pay for all-in package, then you get a PjM)The other issue was the window sills removal/reinstall. I was told that the kitchen fitter would make it nice once we remove the old sills, but the kitchen fitter said it was good that our plasterer did cover the gaps after removing the larger window sills, as he would not be able to do it. This is where such pre-visit is essential to avoid such issues.When the kitchen fitter completed the work and left, I didn't hear from the company for the 3 weeks, until I received an automated invoice for the fitting.No follow up (email/phone/visit) to check if there was any issue with the fitting.... (and there were few).It is a shame, since Ryan did say how he trains his team to deal with unhappy customers. Regardless if the customer pays 50K or 15K for the kitchen, the customers should be treated the same if the company offers such service.I understand the company mainly specializes in all-in package, but for the "fitting only" service, please increase the price for an extra £80-100, if needed, to cover one pre-visit. Would definitely help to avoid 2-3 issues, less stress, complaints.Starting with negatives, ending with positives1. Very pleased with the quality of the kitchen. Not only packaging was solid, instructions were brilliant too. After all... German quality....2. Delivery team, sales team, designer, technical team are very good, responsive, and work very well together as a team. Many issues related to any damage during the delivery or during the fitting process were quickly dealt with and new items ordered and delivered the same day or the next day. I was surprised how many times something had to be redelivered, but it was all communicated efficiently and delivered within 24h, so no delays during the fitting. Well done to the whole team and the fitter. Impressed with a team work3. Kitchen fitter, very professional, high quality of work, would recommend Callum any time.4. Sales/Designer : Wendy, very nice to deal with, made changes promptly, no hard sale. The only designer (and we met many) with a "taste" who stands out from other designers.Thank you very much for a very nice kitche

We had our kitchen fitted by Square in Sept 2011 and it still looks like new! Ryan also organised the removal of an internal wall and blocking of a doorway - the whole service was seamless. Years later, this is what the kitchen looks like, with a later addition of a new extractor, which was also supplied by Square, so I can also vouch for their after sales service too. I went on to recommend Square to a couple of colleagues, who were both extremely pleased with both the service and quality of the works they received. If you are looking for a new kitchen, then I would highly recommend Square both for quality and value for money (buy quality, buy once!).

Cannot recommended these guys enough, from concept to completion square have been a dream to work with. Innovative ideas and superb aftercare. We installed the kitchen ourselves as we are tradesmen and it?s was a delight to install. Ryan and John were on hand to answer any install questions we had and were always super helpful. Our kitchen has been installed for nearly a year now and it?s exactly the same as when we first installed it. The quality of this kitchen is second to none and I am so happy I managed to convince the husband to let us spend the extra and go with square. Thanks guys ??
