I?m a very regular long standing customer of Oakbrook pharmacy and I have always found all the staff to be very helpful with their service and advice ... I especially must mention ANITA who serves everyone with a smile ,even when incredibly busy , which during the pandemic was an understatement ! Always courteous , friendly ,professional and giving clear helpful advice always without rushing her very diverse group of customers .Thank you very much for your excellent service .

I was prescribed urgent medication, on site it says they are open on Saturday until 1 pm. I visited at 9 am and it was closed. That means I will be without essential medication (antibiotics and steroids)until Wednesday 28th.

Have always been able to pick up and amend prescriptions without any issue. Staff have always been polite and helpful.

Spent 15 minutes on hold after trying to call to see if a prescription is ready. Apparently I was the only one in the call queue but now its 1:00pm, the call was not answered and its closed for lunch. Disappointed

Alot of the staff there are very rude and dismissive, and it's too much to take when you pick up prescriptions every month, going to have to change even though its ridiculously close.As a result of their systems, I was unable to pick up my medication during lock down whilst I was isolating, and there was basically no way of getting it to me apparently, instead I rang my gp and a lovely member of staff dropped it off to my door (3 mins walk from said pharmacy).A little bit of politeness goes a long way especially when your picking up meds for chronic conditions ie It's rude to say 'she says she's x' when I'm standing right there to begin with.

Totally efficient and professional service, always helpful staff, and a pleasure to visit. If only parking were easier!I don't see how this pharmacy could improve. The staff have sometimes gone out of their way to help me.
