Ive been meaning to leave this feedback for ages as its well overdue. Down to a rude male staff member with real lack of customer service skills. I now purposely use Woodhouse post office despite living in Handsworth who are far more pleasant and competent.

Always choose this place over the other local post office, simply because of the staff! Polite and happy to help with anything!Even after witnessing rude customers, the staff are still pleasant and respectful. Their customer service is always on point! Nothing is too much trouble for them.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! the woman with short blonde hair is very rude with a attitude problem. Not professional at all. First time coming here and certainly won?t be coming again. She told me to use the post office where I normally go to aswell as other things. She had a answer to everything and very miserable and took it out on me, when all I was doing was being polite. Don?t know how they are still in business with how they speak to their customers. By the looks of it I?m not the first person too! Shocking service !

Always enjoy a trip to this Post Office. Lovely atmosphere and always treat with kindness, great customer service and a smile! Ordered a commemorative stamp package for ERII as couldn?t get one anywhere else and they sorted it and rang as promised. Thanks as always! ?
