Effectively held a collection item hostage despite being advised to proceed. No proper customer service despite coming to this post office and wanting it to support small businesses like it for a decade. No more.Priority delivery wasted for an urgent item, for it to arrive, an error to be made outside of my control to block an item that is visible to all of us to see.I will make it my personal business to get this place shut down
