This was a great visit, friendly and efficient staff when I went to renew a driving licence. It's inside heron foods off to the left as you enter.

Tried to renew my photo driving licence, post office closed at 1300 Saturday. Queued up and reached service counter, only to be told the 'machine' to process it had been switched off at 12 so go to Woodhouse. Very poor service, surely open until 1300 means the service should be provided until then? Otherwise make it clear and save me a journey.
