My most local store and I guess it's alright, but it's not 24-hour like they keep marking it to be, it closes at 4am or 5am depending on how they feel. It was much better years ago under the previous owners, Alex was a legend, now it's kind of a fairly standard late-night shop, prices are fairer than a lot of the others though.

Sold a faulty vape for £13. Went in to find a mutually acceptable solution for both parties, 2 hours after purchase, and was told to come back the next day. On the second visit I presented my receipt and proof the item wasn?t working. Not only did they decline a replacement or a refund but they were argumentative and implied it was my fault. Honestly more angry at the customer service than the waste of money, shocking to see.

Good parking space. Good and quick front desk/reception services. Good very comfortable, clean, soundproofed, and spacious room; provides for basic needs quite well; and clean bathroom too. Sleep was thoroughly enjoyable despite proximity to a main road.

Connor, Sarah, Lauren & the team went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. My daughter mentioned when checking in that it was her birthday this week so, when we decided to dine in the restaurant the team decorated a table with birthday banners, party hats and a gift bag. They followed this with a birthday brownie complete with candle.

The hotel has a nasty smell Sticky tables and noise leaking a/c Which were given a towel for! Staff didn't allocate rooms on same floor which meant wer wer having to mess around organising kids between 2 floors Not worth the hassle

The customer service at this premier inn was excellent and we can highly recomment staying here. Conner and Cal were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. This was very much appreciated after a long journey. Thank you so much.

Quiet and comfortable. Can go for a meal without having to go outside. In a good location with alternative fast food available should you need it. Can take a walk to the canal as it is nearby. Rooms are reasonable for the cost.

Had a fabulous stay here. Public transport was close if needed but Free parking on site was a bonus! Arrived and was greeting kindly from Kate. She helped me with my baggage as I had two children with me. Pleasant experience ?

Stayed here to see family. Kate was so helpful and friendly on check in, helping us find the nearest tram stop and providing us extra towels. Rooms were spacious and clean with extra tea and coffee available at reception. Will definitely use again when in sheffield

I am a regular at this hotel and we love it Walked into the hotel to a big Hello from Kieran on reception our favourite staff member nothing is to much There was a festival during our staff so hotel was very busy but the staff made sure we were able to get some dinner and have a few drinks in the bar with friends My son got a parking charge but quick phone call to Kieran who got this sorted straight away Will recommend and will be staying again soon Ideal for ice arena

We where made to feel very welcome and the staff where great, they even went the extra mile to help. We had a evening meal and breakfast that everyone in our party really enjoyed even children. We will stay there again when we are in the area again.

Although I purposely booked a hotel with air con the heat was unbearable and resulted in a poor nights sleep due to the air con not working. I reported this twice to reception, first time they remotely adjusted the temperature allowing this to go down to 19degrees instead of 22 it was fixed to. Then during the night I attendance reception again complaining about how warm the room was to be given a plug in fan and advised no one was available to see to the air con. I stay in premier ins very regular for business and leisure and was very disappointed with the room. I would have been better off booking a cheaper alternative without air con.

Room was just too hot and with an AC unit in the room you would think that the room temperature could be regulated but unfortunately not. After 7 hours running the AC the room was just still too hot to sleep in. The room also smelt fusty/sweaty and there was a strange stain on the floor behind the bathroom door. The staff were so overrun by the sheer volume of people using the facility at peak times that they could not help us.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The air con was so noisy that it was vibrating the whole wall. This made it hard to sleep. The toilet seat was dirty (looks like someone sat on it with fake tan on) and the bathroom smelt damp.

Stayed on 2nd floor. 15/07/23 Room was very stuffy - air con did not work and was impossible to open window so felt very uncomfortable and oppressive. Only stayed one night and was too late to do anything about changing rooms by the time we had realised the air con did not work. Breakfast was fine, one waiter was very disheveled and flying low.
