Returned an item to this store on the 7th dec. It was an item purchased online and still waiting for a refund!! River Island have made various excuses as to why refund hasn?t be made, the blamed the item had been delayed getting to back to warehouse from the store, our bank. Very poor excuses! Will never shop on line from this retailer again !!!

Great service at this store. A young girl more than happy to help my daughter pick out some shoes and the till assistant was really chatty.

Shop fine. Staff helpful.No chance of getting in touch by phone. For me , that's just rude. They failed to send me an email receipt for goods purchased, which were for a present. Won't shop there for a present again.

A larger store, and what you would expect. Seem to have good range, bit sometimes not all the sizes.
