No staff to be found ever. Often have to walk around the shop to find someone if I need assistance. Chatting on the mikes often to each other and ignoring customers. When they appear they do not speak or look at you? Terrible culture. Clearly do not want to be there.

Usually quite happy to shop here, but I had to go find someone from the back of the store to approve my alcohol purchase tonight. They managed to approve my purchase without saying a single thing to me from me asking for help to when they walked away. Manners don't cost anything, and I think you can at least show an interest in your customers.

Self checkout machines have been broken for over THREE months. On the volume control there is only the option to increase the volume and not to decrease or mute it.
