Drinks were slow. I asked for a non-alcoholic beer, so they literally just needed to take a bottle out of the fridge. The building is steeped in history, it was formally a silverware manufacturing site owned by George Ellis. We have elegantly put traces of the old heritage throughout the refurbishment to give our customers a sense of the building history.
