Recently went in for an appointment, such nice staff, honestly... Customer service is a unappreciated job. The public need to experience this once in their lives and the they will see the bigger picture. Thank you guys at the moor.

Never had a problem with this store, i like the lay out of the place all of the test rooms are on the ground floor.Nice and friendly staff always warm welcome.

Expensive and not good. The first test was not correct and your retest and replacement lenses not any better, they made me dizzy. Have had another independent optician test my eyes with a different result. So I will bring the glasses back into your shop and you then can refund my money.

Even though I have had a problem with my new glasses the store have dealt with it all very professionally. A good way to test a company is how well they deal with a problem. Five stars from me.

Been going here for a long time. Never had any problems. Nice helpful staff, competent opticians. Enough cheaper frames to pick from. Had a couple of eye emergencies in past and was given an appointment straight away.

After six appointments over 1.5 month, I have received my glasses which are less clear than my old ones. The first time they gave me a distance one instead of reading glasses, then they swapped it with the reading glasses which were blurry as I could not read any book or laptop if the reading distance is more than 20 cm away from my eyes, in my sixth visit I collected my classes which are not bad but my old ones are much better.

Cancelled a lot of my appointments and forced to reschedule. My appointment was great and everyone was very attentive.
