There are two ramps for mobility scooter, wheelchair and pushchair access . However one is locked and the other only leads to the bottom half of the shop which then has about three stairs. When I mentioned these issues I was told to ask for the ramp access doors to be unlocked. This needs to be addressed and improved. I was told there have been security issues. Access should be prioritised..should not impact

I really love this St. Luke's! It's always really well organised, and stocked-up on items. The staff are really nice, polite, respectful and always up for a quick chat. Having a partner who has worked at charity shops, I can say the pricing is very good! The changing room is always a great bonus, as not every charity shop offers this.

They have a various option of books to clothes to other random treasures that you may find in the charity shop. I really appreciate how much time they put in to fully stock the place since it is quite big for a charity shop. Thank you to the kind staff that have volunteered to spend their much needed time there :)

WARNING ? This shop is run by greedy staff who have turned a charity shop into their very own high end vintage E-Bay business.ALL PRICES are taken directly from the highest sold listing price on E-Bay all by staff who are under the illusion they are a high end vintage E-Bay business and not a charity shop.Taking into account there are families in the UK living in total poverty, families who can't even afford clothes for their children, families who are essentially starving and these horrible staff have totally priced them out of the market by turning a charity shop into a high priced E-Bay business is just a total joke and does a HUGE amount of damage to the charity and local community.I honestly wish such stores would change their bio on Google from charity shop to....?EBAY BUSINESS?Plus I think by law such shops should have huge signs on the doors and windows that say:?WARNING ? All items in store priced from E-Bays highest sold listings price??WARNING ? Our staff believe this is a high end vintage antiques store, not a charity shop?I guess it really does upset me when so called charity shop staff decide to turn a charity shop into their very own personal vintage E-Bay business. Please remember if you are thinking of visiting this shop then they use E-BAY to price their items, this means in about 90% of cases you can order it from E-Bay for the exact same price and have it delivered straight to your door.If you really want to support this charity please go online and simply donate. Please DON'T support staff who have turned a charity into their very own vintage E-Bay project, please don't support staff like this, they are a curse to charity shops and a curse on our community.I would say this shop is about 80% higher priced that most charity shops.Taking into account that the stock these people sell is FREE DONATIONS and they have the cheek to put top E-Bay prices on then NO I can't suggest shopping there. This is free second hand donated junk listed at top E-Bay prices, all by greedy staff trying to run a vintage shop. For the record if you want to run a vintage shop / if you want to run a high end E-Bay business / if you want to run a luxury antiques shop then please go and by yourself a shop like everyone else and stop trying to turn a charity shop into your very own personal vintage E-Bay business.FULL EBAY PRICING IN THIS STORE!!!!!

I've tried to get through several times today. In each case someone picks the phone up says hello and then hangs up immediately. Not impressed. Obviously doesn't need any donations
