Rude lady round back while giving donations won't be giving there again

Browsing the store listening to a staff member constantly very loudly complaining about the management of the shop. She obviously didn't want to be there. Totally oblivious to customers listening to her ranting in the store. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

We Purchased a piece of furniture from the Hillsborough shop. Arranged for delivery and charged £35 promised a date and it didn't arrive. Then Arranged another date week later ,that didn't arrive either .
