A terrible bank. Not professional at all. The staff are awful and dont want work at any price. Speak to customers like something they've trodden in on their shoe. An awful experience and will be closing all my accounts with them. Will take our custom elsewhere.. much better banks that value their customers.

Long waits not enough serving bays.

So poorly managed. There was a line of 6 people waiting to be served by one really nice cashier whilst three other members of staff stood around having a chat, total waste of time. There was another member of staff at the back walking around with a KFC having a good old chat with another member of staff. It?s clear this branch has no management at all and they are all friends have a gossip.

Called in here today (16:05:2023), with my 95 year old Nannan who has had some issues with her bank card over the weekendThe members of staff were so very helpful and caring and very professional, they went above and beyond to help her and nothing was too much trouble and they took time to speak with her about day to day life and gave five star treatment to an elderly lady who left the branch with a weight lifted from her shouldersIt was a really lovely experience and I will be making an appointment to also open an account with them, I?ve been with another bank for many years and I have never witnessed such lovely customer service from them as I witnessed today! Thank you for being so kind it didn?t go unnoticed ??

On the 25th November 2019, me and my wife had to visit this bank on very important business. On doing so, we had to park in Bradfield Road car park. The business took longer than expected so our advisor Katie Grace took my registration number and said it will be okay she will sort it. Three years later, we are under threat of court action for the parking fine, which is now £300+. At 72 and 70 years old and disabled we could well do without this.Since i posted this I've had a phone conversation with Highview Parking, I've ended up paying £145 parking fine, so a great big thanks to Yorkshire Bank for doing such a fantastic job.Have a nice day everyone.

Went to the bank with my dad whose 81 to deal with 3 different things they were absolutely brilliant very efficient Thankyou for all your help ladies on duty that day 5 stars from me and my dad .

First of all - I have had top post one star as the post would not have gone - but please understand Virgin Money currently deserves NO STARS AT ALL.I have to say that after over 50 years of exemplary customer service as a loyal customer of the Yorkshire Bank, the recent changes to RBA, then Clydesdale and now "Virgin Money" that the new owners are attempting to dredge depths that have hitherto been inaccessible to even the worst banks ever to ply their trade in the UK finance market! The problems, failures, changes, obfuscation, closures (permanent and temporary) and a complete lack of care for customers defies belief! I dare anyone from the "new" Virgin management" regime to meet with me and get a flavour for what their customers are experiencing and saying. I am now in the process of moving very substantial funds to an alternative banking institution.
