On turning up for prepaid, prebooked appointment my wife was told it would be 2 weeks later, with no notification, she booked day off work to keep said apptment, thus losing money, also the owner upped the agreed price due to covid??? It is a standing agreement once paid for. My wife was upset but did not cause a scene, she texted owner to question reason for not contacting her snd raising price, the replies wre not proffesional trying to blame my wife for upsetting staff and customers, none of this is true, on further questions she has now blocked her from contact. This is why i am posting this review to make you aware of the treatment my wife has recieved, no offer of reimbursement for altering appt date etc , not proffesional at all so would not recommend this venue to nobody
