I can?t thank the girls enough. Every single one of them go above and behond for me . Nothings ever too much for them to do. You get a hot drink while waiting . The lady that does my eye test is also so lovely. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. All questions answerd. I wouldn?t go any wjere else that?s for sure. The staff are brilliant, very professional but really go the extra mile to put customers at ease. My eye test was very thorough, and I was helped to chose from a wide range of frames. I am very happy with my experience.

Brilliant opticians! Family run business, calm, kind and caring - Tracey has the patience of a Saint with my teen trying glasses and contact lenses etc.Recommended, friendly, local option.Parking off street only on one side, or a strict 1hr in Asda car park.

I have always had excellent service at Staples, all the staff are polite, welcoming and knowledgeable.The test is thorough, and I was especially impressed with the extra oct test .Full range of frames and lenses.I would definitely recommend Staples Opticians.

I have been a patient with Staples Opticians for 10+ years and have always found their services exceptional. Upon entering the shop you are immediately made to feel welcome by extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff. The customer service is second to none! Nothing is too much trouble, from changing appointments to fixing your glasses they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend paying them a visit for all your visionary needs.

Great, professional practice with welcoming and professional staff. I didn't feel rushed during my eye test, nor when choosing my frames and there was no hard sell. Staff are very focused on customer experience. I would highly recommend this practice
