Good service, only slight grumble is as the sellers we were told it would be better to use their Solicitors so didn't shop round but the buyers did shop round for possibly a cheaper rate.

Fantastic staff at the Wombwell branch. I have asked John-Paul and his team several times for advice and assistance with my rental property. The team at Your Move Wombwell are second to none! John Paul arrived at my property on time and was so knowledge about the area, pricing strategy and how the property should be marketed. I previously had used another estate agent (national company) value the property for more but it never got any solid offers and was just sitting on the market for 7 weeks. John Paul and his team got 6 viewings in the first day and another 6 viewings the second day all because the property was listed at a reasonable price and offers came in over asking price because of this! The photos of the property were amazing and really showed off the property at its best and John Paul even went to the property the day before the appointment to get a picture of the front of the property when the sun, he definitely went above and beyond!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move in Wombwell and I will definitely be using them again!
