Soooo frustrating, had an accident as leaving. Shaken at time, so didn't think to report in store. Tried to phone later (don't live locally) simply couldn't get through. No central cust service either!!!BE CAREFUL ON TRAVELATOR WITH TROLLY - THE BRAKE ACTIVATED ON MINE JUST AS I TRIED TO STEP OFF!!BIG THANK YOU TO THE KIND STRANGER WHO RESCUED ME ? ?

Needs some love and TLC from Sainsbury's Head Office. Leaking windows, lifts and travelators break down randomly. It can sometimes take weeks to fix. Spending thousands of pounds on self service tills instead of taking on staff. One person managing them all and if gets stuck with a refund or complaint the queue starts to build up

Loved this sainsburys, so different from my old one in Dalston. They actually have human manned checkouts. A very big plus from me.

Looks big from the outside but quite small inside compared to other stores. Not very well stocked either. Won't be returning.

This store is very clean, tidy and well run. The staff are super helpful as well.

Large sized supermarket with clothes, kitchen accessories and utensils as well as food. Bright and well laid out. Clothes are really good value for money and excellent quality.

Just popped in for croissants and cakes. Have to say the refrigerated cake section was pretty poor, not as good as Morrison's but it is more local to us.

Called into this store a few times with my daughter and granddaughter when visiting the baby clinic next door. When walking from the town or clinic car park the access for prams and wheelchairs is terrible. It?s all steps. The only way to walk into store is along the entrance road to the store car park which is a bit dangerous when cars are driving in and out. Luckily there is always two of us so we have to lift the pushchair down over the steps. Shame the cafe has now closed aswell.

Ok shop but broken lift and broken escalator so only one lift works down to the carpark. Been broken months. Cafe closed down too which is a shame. It needs a over haul and open cafe again.Staff friendly though and clean

Got some things that I could'nt in other stores. Prices good too, for Nectar card holders. They gave big store at Biddulph with many sections, clothing, homeware, food, drink etc.

Overpriced & not much choice, more alcohol than fresh fruit & veg!!I don't live in Biddulph, but still visit me mum weekly, but I'd go Aldi every day over Sainsburys.

Only four stars cause of selfish reasons, since lockdown the cake bit hasn?t returned and this bit was my favourite- ok so it?s kinda still there but not how it used to be, there was always a member of staff serving and always had a chat. I do like the layout , again enough room to twirl. The clothing section is great except when there is a sale and you are competing against angry women trying to find their size (I?m the angry women) . It?s also a pity the cafe didn?t re open. Not sure if it ever will??

Both lifts now out of order not weeks but months and the first years this is unacceptable for disabled accessibility its virtually impossible from the car park the steep bank is dangerous for wheelchairs.
