“I had to go into branch this week to change the name on my bank account. I was immediately met by a friendly gentlemen who asked me to take a seat and then immediately found a member of staff to help me and after a short wait, I was seen too by an extremely friendly female member of staff who made the changes for me. I was in an out within ten minutes and could not have been more pleased with the service. It’s so wonderful to be able to just walk into branch and get something sorted with friendly staff!”

“Popped into the Cannock branch this week, fully prepared with every document I could find for a fight to get my replacement bank card and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience! I was met by a super friendly gentlemen who was able to sort what I needed straight away and then even showed me how to use the banking app to pay in a cheque. It was so lovely to just walk into a branch and be dealt with by a friendly member of staff!”

“Super friendly staff! I had problems about my online bank due to changing a new phone. Melissa helped me solved the Barclays Mobile App issue with very efficient and professional skills. She also provided me some useful advice for opening saving account. Katie tried to help me set up the e-wallet on my new phone patiently, though we didn’t make it due to phone’s issue. I appreciate both ladies’ kindness and help. All staff in this branch were greeting customer in reception, which makes people feel warm while waiting. :)”
