We wanted a shop that would treat us as individuals, and be able to buy what we wanted, rather than be sold the most expensive, together with warranties that were not worth the paper they were written on. This business was exactly what we were looking for. The staff listened to us, found out what we wanted, and then pointed us in the right direction. We needed a new TV . We were given various options, with the fors and against explained in layman's terms. After choosing a TV that was ideal for us, and very reasonably priced, we chose the option of having the TV delivered and set up at home by the staff. We were asked about the base that the TV would sit on, to ensure that it would be big enough. We hadn't even thought of this, but when the TV was delivered later the same day, a conversion stand was also bought in case it was needed, which in fact it was. The TV was set up, everything explained very clearly, and we were very satisfied customers. We have nothing but praise for the service that we received. We will definitely use this business again for any electrical items that we need in the future.

Ordered double oven from John Davies due to be delivered and fitted in a week and the old one taken away and recycled. Received a phone call from John 2 days later stating that the oven had been delivered to the store earlier than expected and could it be delivered to us and fitted that day. H gave us a time slot of between 2 - 4pm he arrived 2:15pm and installed the new oven and was gone in half hour. Very reasonable price and affective service, would recommend and use again for other appliances when needed

I needed two replacement remote handsets, for a TV and video.Instead of selling me a generic, sort-it-yourself unit, they researched carefully and supplied me with one secondhand unit in perfect condition, and one that was a clone of the original.This is the sort of service that means I'll be back next time I need anything electrical, because the integrity and expertise they gave me is priceless. Big retailers can't and don't compete.

I'm disabled & live on my own so the tv is so important to me & i love my snooker & it was on.so when my 65" tv ad a problem & thay said thay would have to take it away i was gutted so expecting a small 1 to be loaned to me thay turned up with a 65" 1 i was pleased as punch so i didnt have to watch it on a small 1 with binoculars lol can't fault them for service thank you so much 10 out of 10

Purchased new TV (same price as Curry's etc. so wanted to support local business), wall mounted a TV in another room and removed years of redundant sky cabling. Excellent service and highly recommended.
