So I popped to Home bargains on vine Lane cannock today. I particularly went for some weed killer spray for my drive, as it is August and the weeds are still actively growing. I walked up the first aisle, and as you do, picked up a couple of things. I turned into the next aisle and did the same. Then, to my complete astonishment I turned to the next aisle, only to discover CHRISTMAS Decorations! When I finally got to the gardening aisle to pick some weedkiller, the shelves were empty. I asked one of the staff if they had any, and she came with me to look, but there was none. I said to her, that I couldn't believe that there was no weed killer in our 20 degree August, but there are 2 aisles full of bloomin Christmas stuff. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, so I put down my basket and walked out. I understand that this is nothing to do with the staff, but would have been an executive decision. PATHETIC!

I issues walking round but got to the till and there was a queue of around 8 people with only 1till open. So a lady asked the cashier if she would be opening up another till to which the cashier sarcastically replied I'm going to call now. She then started to belittle the customer to the lady she was serving saying that she needs to have some patience and then muttered something under her breathe that I couldn't quite hear. At this point I'd been waiting around 10 minutes so decided that I couldn't be bothered to wait any longer so I placed my items on another conveyer belt and walked out telling the cashier her attitude was atrocious.

A really excellent meal with very good food and service. We were a group of ten adults and two small children.We unanimously agreed we would eat here again and especially recommend their lamb dishes.One of our party has food allergy and they could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
